Sumrall reports on ab out 24 outstanding Christian ministers -- revivalists -- from around the world -- that he personally met and knew from his many ministry trips overseas -- and in the USA. All 20th century ministers -- many born in the 19th century and much older than Sumrall. This has been a fabulous journey!!
Love this book.
When Lester Sumrall died, the link to an era passed from the Earth. In his years of ministering as a young man, despite the lack of travel technology which has reduced the size of our planet, Sumrall seems to have had the privilege of not only meeting but also working with all of movers and shakers involved in the Pentecostal movement in the early 20th century. He tells of those encounters in this book. Good faith building material!
